I attended the 3-D seminar last month and I heard from that and also one of my coworkers to request a copy of pre-foreclosure list from a title company. I went out and put myself on that email list from a local title company. I received a list of my local county pre-foreclosure list. I took some time to write them down on a paper in a geographical area. I went out knocking on their doors the first two days circling around my county I probably knocked on about 15 to 18 homes. Some of them already have a for sale sign on the house. I went out again last night I found two of them Home interested in what I can offer to help them stay in their home. I count this is a very high success now I just need to have some equity partners to help me keep these homeowners in their house. Utilizing seller financing and other creative options.
