Hey Family! I have 3 investement opportunities. 1st is a commercial RE deal. Build from Scratch, 1600 sf in Syracuse Utah area. This would be down payment for equity stake in building including rent rolls, etc. Second, need to refinance some high interest equipment/business loans into better terms. Looking for approximately $300k paid back in 5 years with 7 or 8% interest. We have a booming Health and Wellness clinic and I just need to lower my interest and increase my cash flow, because cash flow is king! I'd rather pay you than the bank! Thirdly, looking for $100k for a start up business. Need some funds for R and D, patent and start up costs. This will be a 9 figure business in a short amount of time.
