Holladay/Millcreek/South Salt Lake flippers!! Which sold for more/faster in the last couple of years? Kitchenette + 2 bed basement with separate entrance OR No kitchenette, 3 bedrooms or 2 bedrooms and family room instead (4-5 beds total) Question for people who have done this exact decision in these specific areas: Did you add the kitchenette and see it pay off big at sale (either higher price or much faster sale?) Or did buyers in the price point overwhelmingly want the extra bedrooms for their own family and you made more money skipping the kitchenette? Any regret stories in either direction?
