Hello everyone

Another Oregonian here. I live in Albany. I've been involved in Renatus for about 5 years. I've done a couple of house hacks (most of the work done myself) but would like to gear up my investment business. I've been with my current employer for 14 years as a software engineer (yes, I'm an Executive/Intellect) and make a pretty good income, but we all know how fickle big corporations can be, so I feel the Sword of Damocles over my head everyday. I'm 63 and am looking to do some flips to build up capital to acquire some buy-n-holds for long-term passive income.
