Blackfoot Flip Start Pics

Finally got in to get pics of some before pics as we get rolling on flipping these 2 houses. The white house is ready to go with touch up paint. The beige or brown house is the one that needs work and the majority of these pics. Stripper Pole though, that's in the white house lol! We're tearing down that garage on the White house as it's in poor condition and will create an easement need we choose to avoid. Now it will have a fully fenced in backyard instead.
