2 houses for $265k!

These are the deals we love to pick up as investors! 2 houses in Blackfoot, next door to each other, 1 is turn key ready to sell and the other needs a quick $35k rehab. The hard part is debating whether I wait the 90 days for them to qualify for FHA financing or try to off them as quick as possible. The wholesalers made a total of $40k off us, and we should make between $65k - $110k not counting my wife's commissions when we sell.
