Crazy Week of Deals!

This has been an insane 2 weeks for us! By this Friday the 25th we will have closed on 4 new properties. On top of that, we got our Subject To house leased out for top dollar as planned and Recieved our License for Magali to open up her new Daycare in a Commercial Building we own. I'll be making some individual posts about each property deal.
