Mailer Letter 3

Here it is guys. This is the last letter I use. I use it strictly when I target other investors. The IOS system will show you how many other residential and commercial properties a property owner has. So this way you know you're reaching an investor. Search for absentee owners in the IOS system to find them. And as always, include a business card with each letter. Sometimes people don't want "letters" to be seen by other people in their household and may toss the letter. However, it's more convenient to hold onto a small business card.
