Mailer letters 1

Hello everyone. During our team meeting call we discussed mailer letters. Here's the one I send out to distressed property owners, I search for them in the IOS. Pre-foreclosure, vacant, zombie, owe taxes, and homes that need obvious repair. Make sure you're sending the letters to the Property Owners address. It may be different than the actual property address that you're inquiring about. I also include a business card with each letter.
