I have been playing a bit of catch-up this week with my challenge homework and wanted to share the audible business card I came up with for my project management business: "I coordinate renovation projects for real estate investors so they can focus on growing their business instead of managing contractors. You wouldn't happen to know of anyone who needs some help managing contractors so they can scale their business, do you?" Project Management ended up being part of my Investor ID as I was going through the classes and I love doing it. If your first or next flip feels daunting with figuring out contractors, budgets, account management, and scaling, I'd love to chat!

Aly, I love that you recognized that your Investor ID includes project management! That's not something that immediately came to my mind after watching that class, so I love that you're thinking outside the box and applying it to your own unique real estate investing style. It's a great reminder that your Investor ID isn't just about the types of deals you doβ€”it's also about the strengths, skills, and roles you naturally excel in. I thought that was a really great takeaway!
