Love that we jumped right into season 7 shortly after joining! We are learning so much and so excited to get into our first deal. We are going to our first walk through of a home we found in a group this week! I’m working on gathering my list of 200 people! I think the biggest thing that’s holding us back is not having the capital upfront. How did you guys fund your first deal? ✨✨✨

Congratulations on getting your first walkthrough scheduled! That's exciting. One thing I've been learning through the challenge is that finding deals and finding money are two separate things. A lot of people think that you need the capital first, but that's one of the reasons we're building our network and completing the 200-person list. A great deal can attract funding. The key is continuing to learn, build relationships, and take action. There are a lot of investors, lenders, and partners out there looking for opportunities.
