Here's what we bring to the table: On the capital side: a background in private money lending, transactional lending, and joint ventures. We're currently deploying SDIRA capital as Limited Partners into vetted commercial deals. On the construction and operations side: I have 30+ years of experience as a project and construction manager, with a career built on managing complex, multimillion-dollar projects across Alaska and beyond — including work on the Alyeska Pipeline, ExxonMobil Point Thomson, and healthcare construction for Providence Health & Services. I've worked as an owner's representative, architect's representative, and project engineer. I know how to read a budget, vet a contractor, manage scope, and keep a project on track. That combination — capital knowledge plus construction and project management expertise — is what we bring to every deal we evaluate.
