Hey yall! Anyone have a rough numbers on how much repair costs should be for more of a lower ended fix and flip so I can put it in my quick analysis calculator? Anywhere in West Valley/West Jordan is a bonus!

Ryan & Shana JonesJun 15, 2026The rule of thumb they talk about is $35-45 per square foot for lower end, $45-55 per square foot for mid-range and $55-65 per square foot for upper end.
