Happy Friday Challengers! I have a seller under foreclosure in Florida. It's listed on the market since few months. I was on a conference call with her bank and I heard the bank said something about "Short Sale". She also got a HUD. Is this complicated? She owe's back payments + foreclosure attorney fees = $48,000. Any ideas?
