Leaving my elevator pitch here - Hi, I'm Shana. My husband and I invest in real estate, and I also mentor people who want to learn how to create wealth and financial freedom through real estate. What I love most is helping people realize they don't need to be wealthy to get started—they just need the right education, community, and strategy.... What's your favorite real estate strategy?

We have different pithes for different things but ours elevator pitch for the challenge and finding properties is: We're residential homebuyers – primarily fixer uppers – distressed properties, inherited homes, pre-foreclosures, exhausted landlords, or homes that have struggled to sell on the market. If you know anyone considering selling, we'd appreciate an introduction.
