Gayle and I were at an amazing women’s event this week centered around wealth, alignment, and what it really takes to create lasting abundance. We learned something that really got me thinking, and I wanted to share it with all of you. The speaker said: “Money requires structure in order to flow. You must learn the principles of finance and wealth, not just money.” That hit me. How many people do we know who make good money but never seem to get ahead? Or people who receive money and then somehow it’s gone as quickly as it came? It just reiterated to me what we've heard before about how the wealthy think different and that wealth isn’t just about having more money. It’s about building the systems, habits, knowledge, and structures that allow money to flow into your life and stay there. And that’s one of the reasons I’m so grateful for this challenge. On the surface, it looks like we’re learning how to find deals, analyze properties, and flip houses. But underneath that, we’re learning how wealth is actually created. We’re learning how to recognize opportunities, solve problems, build relationships, and think differently about money. Have you ever considered that real estate isn’t really about houses? There's so much of it that’s about learning the principles that create freedom. I’d love to hear your thoughts. What is one thing you’ve learned so far in FFC that has changed the way you think about money, wealth, or opportunity?

Thanks for sharing this! It’s amazing how as we learn more about wealth we realize how little we knew and understood before.
